Financial Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Administrative Assistant for 24 hours a week at our sunny office in Wageningen. Do you like overview, structure and a correct (order) administration? What will you do?
Within the role of Financial Administrative Assistant, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. Every day we receive worldwide requests for our products from our customers. It is up to you to arrange this from A to Z and steer it in the right direction. You ensure that the orders are processed, invoices are booked and that everything is processed correctly in the systems.
Since you work in a small team, the work is dynamic and no day is the same. One minute you are processing a €5000 order, the next you are ordering labels and the next you are processing a sick note. Nothing is too much for you and you love to be busy. At the same time you are the one who makes sure that everything is structured and that you are the person your colleagues can go to for all their administrative questions.
In addition, your responsibilities are:
- Maintain inventory and orders;
- Speaking to customers (mail/phone);
- Creating and processing invoices;
- Debtor/creditor management;
- Handle bank and credit card administration + payments;
- Administrative and logistical support.
Your work environment
You will work at our cozy office in Wageningen at the agro business park. Our office team consists of five people. All enthusiastic employees who love to bring our beautiful products into the world. Everyone has their own specialty and we help each other when necessary. Besides work, we also do fun activities such as lunch together at external locations, company outings to, for example, the Efteling and eating out.
About you
- You hold MBO 4 Accounting degree OR already have experience in similar role;
- You master the English and Dutch language in word and writing, if you also have this in German then this is a plus;
- You have knowledge of accounting systems, we use Minox;
- You have a good command of MS Office, Excel and order systems;
- You are communicative, enthusiastic and like to think.
What we offer
We offer you a fun and challenging role in a close and friendly team. The position is for 24 hours per week, this can vary per week and is in consultation with you. In addition we offer;
- A full-time salary between €3,500 and €4,400 per month;
- A travel allowance of €0.23 the kilometer;

The products are developed, manufactured and supplied by Greenvalley Health Products through our own Webshop, Specialized Equestrian stores and veterinary practices.
